What is The R.E.P. Program?
The R.E.P. (Resident Entrepreneurship Planning) Program is a eight-week intensive cohort intended to help you develop a researched and sound investor presentation package. Each week, you will work with an established entrepreneur to craft a pitch deck that has the potential to turn your business idea into a real business. During the program, expect to get uncomfortable, but once you make it to the end, you will have the one document that can rewrite your reputation in society.
The R.E.P. Phases
Phase I: Understanding Industry
Weeks 1 and 2
In Phase I, you’ll discover insights on your chosen industry. With any business, you need to know the problem you want to help solve and
learn if your solution is profitable.
Phase II: Foundations of Business
Weeks 3 and 4
In Phase II, we explore what you’ve
learned in Phase I and start designing the business. Each step to building a business is investigated and the result is the first draft of the investor presentation.
Phase III: Understanding Funding
Weeks 5 and 6
Phase III is all about alternative funding sources. Your current reputation may be a challenge for traditional financing. Phase III uncovers untraditional and unconventional sources that help to grow a business without the stigma.
Phase IV: Concept Development
Weeks 7 and 8
Phase IV takes all the work of the phases I-III and finalizes each phase into the final draft of the pitch deck. This phase gets you input and feedback from the expert small business owners.

The program consist of three main parts:
In Class Training: Your instructors will guide you through each phase of the business-building program and is by your side to answer questions while helping you to create your presentation.
Online Learning Portal: The learning continues with our online learning portal. Expand your knowledge and increase your skills with additional videos, online documents, and activities to help you succeed in making you business happen.
Online Community: Unlike other social network groups, this community is built for you, your classmates, and small business experts to support you. Get help beyond the class and find expert advice from the entire group.
Once you successfully complete the program, you will be awarded a Certificate from The From Grass to Grace Organization.
